At present, the on-site disposal team of Baiyu Countys 11.3 Jinsha River Dam Lake Emergency Rescue Command has rushed to the scene at 18:30, and five mass evacuation teams have rushed to four townships along the Yangtze River to organize the evacuation of the masses, mainly in the form of relatives, relatives and friends. According to Sichuan hydrological information, at 0:00 on November 4, the water level of Gangtuo Station upstream of the barrier body (about 90 km upstream of the barrier body) was 3571.87 m; the water level of Baige barrier lake (before the dam) (about 3 km away from the barrier body) was 2900.85 m, rising by 0.64 m in nearly an hour, 8.01 m higher than that of 17:15 on the 3rd day.
