Food inspection by the General Administration of Municipal Supervision: the most serious residue of additives, agricultural and veterinary drugs

[2018 thirty-eighth

In the third quarter of 2018, a total of 965727 batches of samples of food (including health food and food additives) were completed and published nationwide. The total number of qualified and unqualified samples was 94 2908 batches and 22819 batches. The overall qualified rate was 97.6% and the unqualified rate was 2.4%, which was the same as the same period in 2017. The qualified rate of bulk consumer goods remained basically stable, among which the qualified rates of grain processed products, meat products, egg products and dairy products were 98.8%, 97.8%, 99.6% and 99.8% respectively, which were higher than the overall qualified rate; the qualified rate of edible oil, oil and its products was 97.3%, slightly lower than the overall qualified rate (the results of various food supervision and sampling inspection). See Annex.

From the inspection of unqualified items, there are still three main types of problems, which are excessive use of food additives, microbial contamination and excessive residues of veterinary drugs, accounting for 26.8%, 24.7% and 24.4% of the total unqualified items, respectively. At the same time, the ratio of substandard quality indicators, heavy metals and other elemental pollutants in the total number of unqualified is 3.2 and 0.4 percentage points lower than the same period in 2017; the ratio of non-edible substances and biotoxin pollution in the total number of unqualified is 2.8 and 0.7 percentage points higher than the same period in 2017. In response to the sampling inspection of unqualified food, food safety supervision departments around the country have urged enterprises to pull off shelves and recall, control product risks, and investigate and deal with illegal and illegal enterprises according to law. Food safety supervision departments at all levels have published specific sampling information, which can be queried on their government websites or through other effective channels. Among them, the sampling information published by the General Administration of Market Supervision can be inquired on the government website of the General Administration of Market Supervision. The sampling information published by the provincial food safety supervision departments can be inquired in the column Food sampling information on the government website of the former State Administration of Food and Drug Administration (http://www.cfda.gov.cn/WS01/CL1689/). I hereby inform you. Source of this article: Responsible Editor of the General Administration of Market Supervision: Yang Yi_NBJ10647
