Li Zhengsheng, one of the famous landscape garders in China, the winner of the lifetime achievement award of the Chinese Academy of landscape architecture, Professor of the school of architecture and urban planning of Tongji University, and one of the architects of landscape architecture, died in Shanghai Xinhua Hospital at 10:43 on April 18, 2018, at the age of 85 in the Shanghai Xinhua Hospital. Mr. Li Zhengsheng was born in Yangzhou, Jiangsu in June 9, 1933 and graduated from Tongji University in 1955. In 1980, the public sent to Japan for further study of urban landscape architecture. After returning to school, he founded landscape architecture and served as director of teaching and research section. In 1989-1996 years, he was appointed member of the National College of college architecture discipline Guidance Committee and leader of landscape garden Guidance Group, and was elected as the one or two and three member of the China Landscape Architecture society. Mr. Li Zhengsheng has been engaged in landscape education, research, practice and exchange for a long time. In 1989, the graduation design combined with production practice and productive practice won the special prize of the National Education Commission. In 80s, he hosted the Fuchun River XinAn River in Hangzhou, Xiqiao mountain in Guangdong, Liaoning the Yalu River, Hunan Wulingyuan, Wulingyuan Hunan and other national key points.
