 The Central Meteorological Observatory issued a rainstorm orange warning: most of Southern China is heavy with rainstorm.


From 0800 on September 16 to 0800 on September 17, heavy rains occurred in Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao, southeastern Fujian, most of Guangxi, Hainan Island and southeastern Taiwan Island. Among them, there were heavy rainstorms in parts of South-Central Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao, southeastern Guangxi and northeastern Hainan Island, and local heavy rainstorms (250-300 mm).

From 0800 on September 17 to 0800 on 18, there were heavy rains in Guangxi, Guizhou, Eastern Yunnan and the coastal areas of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. Among them, there were heavy rainstorms in Western Guangxi, central and southern Guizhou (100-160mm).
