Baidu responds to todays headline lawsuit dispute: will file an appeal

Baidu pointed out that it is a common practice in the current Internet and security field to identify and prompt the security risks of websites that may be hijacked, maliciously tampered with, and have unstable access status. In addition to Baidu, Google, Sogou, Jinshan, 360 and other search, browser and security anti-virus products will adopt such practices, and there are not a few disputes. In 2006, Google announced that it would block BMWs main website in Germany for cheating on its search engine rankings. The well-known 360 mobile phone guard also caused judicial disputes due to the tagging function, and the court finally ruled that 360 company won the lawsuit.

The dispute between Baidu and todays headlines occurred in 2018. Baidus crawlers automatically marked the stability of the official website of todays headlines when searching and collecting them. Recently, the peoples Court of Haidian District of Beijing has just made a first instance judgment on this case.
