Personnel changes in six major banks! The president of CCB is vacant, and these companies are still short of vice presidents

Three vice presidents will be promoted internally, and ICBCs one principal and five vice presidents will be supplemented

Since 2018, the vice presidents of ICBC have resigned one after another, and there was once only one vice president.

For example, in September 2019, after Tan Jiong, former vice president of ICBC, was transferred to vice governor of Guizhou Province, only Hu Hao was left as vice president of ICBC. In November 2019, Liao Lin, the former vice president of China Construction Bank, became the vice president of ICBC, which broke the situation of only one vice president of universal bank. However, after Hu Hao left in February 2020, ICBC returned to the situation of only one vice president again.

Recently, the 21st century economic news reporter learned that Zhang Weiwu, general manager of ICBCs International Department, was appointed as vice president of ICBC. At present, he has passed the inspection of the central organization department and plans to be appointed as a member of the Party committee of the bank, but it has not been announced yet. If Zhang Weiwus qualification is approved by the CIRC, the one principal and five deputy President structure of ICBC will be formally supplemented. Among them, the president is Gu Shu, and the five vice presidents are Lai liaolin, Xu Shouben, Zhang Wenwu, Wang Jingwu and Zhang Weiwu.

It is worth mentioning that three of the four vice presidents appointed by ICBC this year, including Zhang Weiwu, are from within ICBC. Zhang Wenwu was born in 1973, joined ICBC in 1995, served as executive director and chief financial officer of AXA Life Insurance of ICBC in 2012, returned to ICBC as director of the board of supervisors office three years later, and served as general manager of financial accounting department in 2016. Xu Shouben, born in 1969, joined the Guangdong Branch of ICBC in 1995, and served as the vice president of Guangdong branch and the president of Shenzhen Branch before he was transferred to the north.

It is understood that Zhang Weiwu, the vice president to be promoted this time, was born in 1975. He will become the youngest vice president in the one principal and five deputy structure of ICBC, and the youngest vice president of six major banks except Du chunyeye, vice president of postal savings bank. Zhang Weiwu joined ICBC in 1999. He first worked in the head office, then served as general manager of ICBC Amsterdam Branch in Europe and general manager of ICBC Singapore branch. Now he is general manager of international department.

The post of president of CCB is vacant, and Bank of communications changes most frequently

At the same time, there have been many changes in the vice president of CCB this year. In April, Huang Yi no longer served as vice president due to retirement; in July, LV Jiajin, former vice president of BOCOM, was appointed as vice president of CCB, and Wang Hao, an old builder, was promoted to vice president of CCB. At this point, there is still a lack of a president in the one principal and four deputy senior management pattern of CCB for a long time. The vice presidents are Zhang Gengsheng, LV Jiajin, Ji Zhihong and Wang Hao.

Compared with the six major banks, BOCOM should be the most frequent change this year. Although two vice presidents left office one after another during the year, they also made up for many vacancies, including one president and one vice president.

According to the data, Liu Jun was born in 1972 and started her career as a foreign exchange trader in the International Business Department of China Everbright Bank. Since then, she has successively served as the deputy director of the fund raising department and agency branch of the International Business Department of China Everbright Bank, the director of the agency branch of the international business department, the assistant general manager of the international business department and the director of the agency banking office. Zhou Wanfu, born in 1965, entered the Agricultural Bank of China after his masters degree. In nearly 32 years since then, he has held important positions in asset management, strategic planning and local branches of Agricultural Bank of China, and has rich banking experience.

However, the post of vice president vacated by LV Jiajin after his resignation has not yet been replaced. At present, BOCOM is a leading group with one principal and three vice presidents, namely, Liu Jun is the president of BOCOM, and the three vice presidents are Yin Jiuyong, Guo Mang and Zhou Wanfu.

ABC and BOC are short of a vice president for the time being, and the postal savings bank is the most stable

As a result, the original pattern of one principal and five vice presidents of ABC was broken, resulting in the vacancy of a vice president. At present, the president of ABC is Zhang Qingsong, and the four vice presidents are Zhang Xuguang, Zhan Dongsheng, Cui Yong and Xu Han.

Among them, Xu Han is the only newly appointed Vice President of ABC this year. According to public information, Xu Han was born in 1965 and received a masters degree in engineering from Shanghai University of technology in 1991. After graduation, he joined the Bank of communications. He was a real veteran and worked in the bank for nearly 30 years. He has served as deputy general manager of IT Department of Hong Kong Branch of Bank of communications, business director of Bank of Communications (retail and private business) and general manager of personal financial business department (Consumer Protection Department).

In addition to ABC, the Bank of China and postal savings bank did not change much.

On January 27, 2020, Wu Fulin resigned from the post of executive director, member of related party transaction control committee and vice president of BOC due to job transfer. After Wu Fulin, the position has been vacant without a successor. The leading group of Bank of China has become one chief and four vice presidents, namely, President Wang Jiang, vice presidents Wang Wei, Lin Jingzhen, Sun Yu and Zheng Guoyu. On March 25, 2020, the postal savings bank appointed Du chunye as the vice president, and his qualification was approved by the CIRC in July. According to the data, Du chunye, born in 1977, is one of the few vice presidents born in the post-75s of the six major banks. Du chunye has been Secretary of the board of directors of the postal savings bank since April 2017, President and Secretary of the Party committee of the Beijing Branch of the postal savings bank from December 2019, and a member of the Party committee of the postal savings bank from February 2020. It is worth noting that the postal savings bank has formed a one principal and six deputy senior management pattern, and the number of senior executives in the six major banks is the largest and the most complete. Among them, Guo Xin holds the post of president, and the six vice presidents are Qu Jiawen, Xu Xueming, Zhang Xuewen, Yao Hong, Shao Zhibao and Du chunye.
