In fact, no matter it posts or other posts, compared with the second and third tier cities, the first tier cities have more sufficient reserves of talents and posts. The reason why Guo Jianhui was a little distressed for a time was that, in this kind of second and third tier cities, a technical director wanted to have a good career development, in addition to good skills, he also needed more soft skills. For example, he has to work with marketing personnel to write solutions and get projects, and directly connect with customers at B and g-end. People who understand the recruitment market will know that there are a large number of TOC Internet products in the first tier cities, which require people to be good at dealing with high concurrency and other technical problems, and constantly iterate; while the second and third tier cities need more people who do software systems, which are tob.
