Jordans second-hand leclere tank has been put into use, donated by the UAE

The leclere tank has been put into use for the first time, which is the result of the brotherly strategic relationship between Jordan and the United Arab Emirates, the eastern military region of Jordan said in a statement during the Salahudin Castle exercise

A video released by the Jordanian military showed that at least four leclerian tanks were participating in an armored formation exercise, with F-16 fighters carrying precision guided bombs and AH-1 Cobra attack helicopters providing support.

In September this year, the media reported that the United Arab Emirates decided to give Jordan 80 legal Le Clair main battle tanks, saying that these tanks are enough to equip four tank battalions.

According to reports, leclere is a main battle tank developed by France in the 1980s, and is one of the worlds major main battle tanks, along with the Abrams of the United States, the leopard 2 of Germany, and the mecava of Israel.
