The sales price of new commercial residential buildings in second tier cities increased by 4.8% year-on-year, down 0.2% compared with the previous month; the sales price of second-hand residential buildings increased by 2.0% year-on-year, the same as that of last month. The year-on-year increase of sales prices of new commercial residential buildings and second-hand residential buildings in second tier cities were the same or falling for 17 consecutive months. The sales prices of new commercial residential buildings and second-hand residential buildings in the third tier cities increased by 4.4% and 1.7% respectively year-on-year, and the increase rates were 0.1 percentage points lower than that of the previous month, and they were the same or falling for 18 consecutive months.
