For example, in my training in the early stage of the 2020 fina championship series, my biggest fear is that the physical fitness coach stares at me to do the pull-up. Each time I load about 27.5 kg in a group, I need to do six groups. Every time my arm is congested and hard into an iron arm, I want to give up when I reach the eighth, but the coach still does In the side of encouragement, I finally gritted my teeth and insisted on pulling it up. Because I knew that the training was my own, and no one could help me. If I was lazy, the results would be there. I didnt have much time. What I had to do was to go all out and spare no effort. Gradually, I became more relaxed and confident. Every time I train I will set a goal for myself, and I will be more energetic every day. The most direct feedback from the physical training during that period was that in the two races of the 2020 fina champion swimming series held in Shenzhen and Beijing in mid January, I won the four championships of 50m freestyle and 50m backstroke, and in the 50m freestyle competition in Beijing, I improved my best performance by 0.01 seconds, won four championships a week, leveled off and broke Asian records. In fact, after the unexpected extra race of Guangzhou World Championships, I know that my short board is not only the lack of skills but also the ability, so the coach started the winter training to grasp the physical fitness very early.
