The troops participating in the exercise included the second cavalry regiment, the 173th Airborne Brigade, the 12th Airborne Brigade, the 101st Airborne Brigade and the 18th gendarmerie of the United States; the 48th infantry brigade, the 78th army command, the 78th aviation force command and the 165th air wing of Georgia.

The training contents of the exercise include mechanized infantry maneuver, helicopter attack, evacuation of the wounded and live firing of various weapons and equipment.

In response to the new outbreak, Georgia requires all foreign participants to be isolated for 14 days and undergo nucleic acid testing to ensure that the exercise is conducted in a safe environment. (end)
