Gesanghua blossoms happily, and understands the partys strategy for managing Tibet in the new era

The Party Central Committee has always attached great importance to Tibet work, and since the reform and opening up, it has held six Tibet work symposiums. The forum is another important milepost of the partys history of Tibet work after the general secretary Xi Jinping elaborated on the partys strategy of governing Tibet in 2015. After five years, the connotation of the partys general plan system for governing Tibet has been constantly enriched.

In October 2017, general secretary Xi Jinping gave a reply to the sisters of Zhugu and Emperor Zong, a herdsman in the village of Longmai County, Tibet.

Yumai Township, Longzi County, Tibet, is located in the southern foot of the Himalayas, with steep mountains, dangerous roads and blocked traffic. It has the smallest population and the largest per capita area in China. For a long time in the last century, there was only one family named sangjiequba in Yumai Township, which was called sanrenxiang by the outside world. Over the past decades, Sanjie Quba and his daughters Zhuoga and Yangzong have persevered in Yumai relay and composed a moving story of patriotic guarding the border.

Xi Jinping encouraged them to reply to the letters from ZhuGa and the central ministers, continue to inherit the spirit of patriotic spirit, and lead more herdsmen to take root in the snow border, like Ge Sanghua, to be the guardians of the sacred land and builders of happy homes.

In the early morning of every Monday, Yumai villagers in Longzi County of Tibet hold a flag raising ceremony, and the loud and clear March of volunteers resounds through the deep valley.

We must take improving peoples livelihood and uniting peoples hearts as the starting point and the foothold of economic and social development, implement the new development concept, focus on the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development, and accelerate the promotion of high-quality development.

In Baji Village, Bayi Town, Nyingchi City, Tibet, there are neat and beautiful Tibetan style buildings at the foot of the snow mountain, showing the happy life of the village.

By the end of 2016, all six poor households in Baji Village had been lifted out of poverty. In 2019, the villages collective economic income exceeds 12 million yuan, and the per capita net income of villagers is 34000 yuan. Baji Village has become a well-known wealthy village.

Tibets environment is very fragile. When developing its economy, we should pay attention to ecological protection. We should not pick up sesame seeds and lose watermelons. In January 2015, at the Symposium on the seminar of the first party secretary of the Central Party school, general secretary Xi Jinping emphasized this.

In the 1970s, in order to alleviate the contradiction between grass and livestock, a group of herdsmen drove cattle and sheep to migrate more than 300 kilometers northward from Shenzha County, Naqu City, Tibet, to the no mans land with an average altitude of more than 5000 meters, completing their first migration of life and building Shuanghu County, the highest County in China.

By the end of 2019, 2900 people in Shuanghu County crossed nearly 1000 kilometers to the South and moved to the North Bank of the Yarlung Zangbo River at an altitude of 3600 meters, completing their second life migration. This is part of the ecological relocation plan for Tibets extremely high altitude areas. The withdrawn land will be returned to nature.

Today, the high-altitude and cold weather in the south of the Great Wall has become more than 1.8 km long, which is far away from the masses.

For the development of Tibet, over the past 20 years, a number of aid cadres from all over the country and various industries have taken root in the snow covered plateau with the deep concern of the Party Central Committee, committed themselves to hard work, and constantly injected new era connotation into the old Tibet spirit.

Wu Yuchu, a cadre of Han nationality in the mainland, went to Tibet twice to help Tibet. Wu Yuchu was 22 years old when he first came to Tibet. He started as a rural document in the most remote grass-roots level. He experienced wind and snow, blowing sand, severe cold, hunger, altitude reaction and loneliness. After 16 years, he and his Tibetan compatriots forged a strong friendship.

Wu Yuchu remembers that one winter, when he was riding on the grassland, he was frozen by the cold wind and fell to the edge of a tent. In the tent, an aunt took off his boots, put his cold feet into the lapel of his robe, warmed Wu Yuchus feet with her body temperature, so that he could not be amputated. Ive never read such a real sublime in any book.

In 2011, 57 year old Wu Yuchu applied to resign from the post of party secretary and chairman of Beijing Publishing Group, and returned to the snow covered plateau to systematically collect, excavate, research and sort out the yak cultural relics scattered on the vast plateau, and build a yak museum that fills the gap in China.

On May 23, 2019, Wu Yuchu inspected Yaks in northern Tibet.

Gesang flowers bloom, happiness road is long. With the comprehensive implementation of the partys strategy for the governance of Tibet in the new era, the people of all ethnic groups in Tibet are working hand in hand with the people of the whole country to embark on a new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.
