In terms of graphics card, this years DG1 display will also be in 10 nm process. Ponte Vecchio high performance GPU, which was originally scheduled to be launched in 2021, will also use 10 nm technology.

In the latest enhanced 10nm process, Intel combines enhanced FinFET crystal and supermim (metal insulator metal) capacitor to create a new superfin, which can provide enhanced epitaxial source / drain, improved gate process and additional gate spacing.
According to Intel, its 10nmsf process can achieve more than 15% performance improvement within the node, making the 10nm process comparable to the 7Nm process of its friends.
