On July 24, in a certain sea area of the Gulf of Aden, with the comprehensive supply ship Chaohu ship supplying the missile destroyer Taiyuan ship and the missile frigate Jingzhou warship successively, all three warships in the 35th convoy formation of the Navy completed the material replenishment.

With the assistance of Chinas support base in Djibouti, the formation relies on domestic material financing channels and adopts cold chain technology to organize materials to go forward. Chaohu warship berthed at the port of Djiboutian from July 22 to 23 to replenish dozens of tons of food and other materials transported by merchant ships from China.

In view of this replenishment, the formation carefully analyzed the epidemic situation in the Gulf of Aden, scientifically selected the replenishment time, location and mode, and ensured the safety and smooth supply of the key links, such as the route of pilot boarding and warehousing.

It is reported that since the formation set sail on April 28, it has continuously fought on the convoy line and has completed the escort task of 12 batches of 25 ships.
