The purchase of second-hand housing is restricted, and the purchase of the first house by non local household registration requires more than one year of social security

According to the notice, from the date of implementation of this circular, families of non registered residents who purchase the first set of commercial housing (new commercial housing or second-hand commercial housing) in this city shall provide the certificate of continuous monthly payment of social insurance for more than one year in this city within two years prior to the date of purchase; for the purchase of the second set of commercial housing, it shall provide the monthly continuous payment in this city within the first three years from the date of purchase Social insurance certificate for more than 2 years. The sale of commercial housing to non resident families with two or more commercial houses in the administrative area of this city shall be suspended.

Previously, Dongguan only limited the purchase of new houses, the implementation content is consistent with the above. That is to say, the new policy of Dongguan launched the second-hand housing purchase restriction policy, and the purchase threshold is consistent with the new house.

Industry insiders believe that due to the previous restrictions on the purchase of second-hand housing, it left a gap for speculators to speculate in Dongguan property market in the first half of this year. And this round of Dongguan house price rise, second-hand housing is also the most obvious.
