Russias foreign ministry pointed out that the document stipulates that the prerequisite for the completion of the above tasks is to improve the U.S. space force, plan a series of extensive space operations to prevent conflicts, update the rules of engagement, develop future military systems, and train high-quality personnel.

At the same time, the US accused Russia and China of being the biggest strategic threat in an attempt to justify its imperialist plan to start an arms race in space, the report said. And, as always, it has not produced any evidence.

The report said that in view of this, the Russian Foreign Ministry suggested that the United States discuss the security issues of space activities under the framework of the Russian American dialogue, because previous attempts by the United States to ensure military superiority have all led to increased tensions and arms race.
