No trick can shake the Party Central Committees determination to govern, unite and stabilize Xinjiang in accordance with the law and build Xinjiang for a long time. Xinjiangs social stability and long-term stability are related to the overall situation of national reform, development and stability, the reunification of the motherland, national unity, national security, and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. However, Xinjiang has been a disaster area for extremist infiltration and terrorist activities for some time in the past. According to incomplete statistics, from 1990 to the end of 2016, the three forces created thousands of violent terrorist incidents inside and outside Xinjiang, causing a large number of innocent people to be killed, hundreds of public security police were killed in their jobs, and property losses could not be estimated. In recent years, under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee, the government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has taken a series of de radicalization and anti-terrorism measures in accordance with the law, which fundamentally changed the situation of the proliferation of extremism and frequent terrorist events in Xinjiang. Today, the overall social situation in Xinjiang is stable. There have been no violent terrorist cases for three years in a row. All kinds of cases have continued to decline, and the sense of security of the people of all ethnic groups has increased significantly. This shows that the strategy of the CPC Central Committee in the new era is in line with Xinjiangs reality and effective, and is the correct one tested by practice.
No threat can shake the overall situation of social stability and economic development in Xinjiang. The U.S. bad laws concerning Xinjiang not only distort and discredit Chinas policy of governing Xinjiang, but also pose a naked threat, such as requiring the U.S. government to link the overall China policy with Xinjiangs situation, requiring the U.S. government to impose sanctions on Chinese officials, entities and enterprises involved in Xinjiang, etc. In fact, since September 2019, the U.S. government has begun to impose sanctions on China in various guises. It can be foreseen that with the official release of the law, the United States is likely to launch worse and broader sanctions involving Xinjiang, such as encouraging the international community, especially western countries to boycott Xinjiang products, and threatening foreign enterprises to leave Xinjiang. However, maintaining stability and seeking development are the fundamental interests of the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang and the common expectation of the 1.4 billion Chinese people. In the new era, the effectiveness of the general strategy of the Party Central Committee for Xinjiang has been shown. The general strategy and policy of the party for Xinjiang have been supported by the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang. This kind of popular aspiration will inevitably become a powerful force to promote the stability and development of Xinjiang, which can not be changed by a bad law. As for the specific economic and trade issues, Xinjiangs main foreign trade targets are Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and other countries. The United States and its Western allies only account for a very small part of Xinjiangs total import and export volume. Even if the United States launches worse and broader sanctions, that is to say, some of its allies follow the pace of the United States to launch sanctions involving Xinjiang, they will not impose sanctions on Xinjiangs society How much impact will stability and economic development bring.
The East Turkistan force has long been notorious and will never be able to turn over. One of the important tactics of the United States on the border related issues is to provide various political, economic and public opinion support to the East Turkistan forces, such as giving green light to the East Turkistan forces and their leaders activities in the United States and the west, making the East Turkistan leaders take the key positions of the U.S. government and transnational Anti China organizations initiated by the United States, and providing various subsidies to the East Turkistan organizations. The reason why the United States is so is not that the United States does not know the nature of violence and terror of the East Turkistan forces, but that it tries to build the East Turkistan forces into agents of the United States Anti China policy. One of the purposes of the bill is to provide political and security shelter for the East Turkistan forces in the United States. As we all know, the United States has always labeled other countries as terrorist states in the international fight against terrorism, but now it openly provides protection to terrorists, which is a naked terrorist act. It can be seen that the U.S. support for the East Turkistan forces not only violates the basic norms of international law and international relations, breaks through the bottom line of human morality, but also fully exposes the long-standing double standards of the U.S. on the issue of counter-terrorism. However, no matter what platform the United States takes, it cannot change the terrorist nature of the East Turkistan organization. Because the East Turkistan force has long been notorious, and has long been the public enemy of the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang. All levels of government and people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang are bound to continue to fight against the East Turkistan forces at home and abroad under high pressure, so that they will never be able to turn over the sky.
The United States will inevitably be opposed by most countries in the international community if it fails to intervene in Chinas internal affairs by taking advantage of Xinjiang related issues. For a long time, the United States has been drawing up allies and partners, and using various international and multilateral platforms to put pressure on China, in an attempt to create a Anti China Alliance on the issues involving Xinjiang. However, most countries in the international community, including Islamic countries, have not been deceived by the rhetoric of the United States, let alone on the side of the United States on the issue of Xinjiang. In July 2019, the permanent representatives of more than 50 countries in Geneva jointly wrote to the president of the United Nations Human Rights Council and the High Commissioner for human rights, appreciating Chinas respect for and protection of human rights in the anti-terrorism and de radicalization work. In October of the same year, during the third committee meeting of the 74th session of the United Nations General Assembly, in the face of the attacks of the United States, the United Kingdom and a few other countries on Chinas Xinjiang policy, representatives of more than 60 countries spoke enthusiastically, expressing their appreciation to the Chinese governments Xinjiang policy and the progress of human rights in Xinjiang. It can be said that this is the aspiration of people all over the world.
Facts speak louder than eloquence, and justice is at the heart of the people. No matter how the United States disguises itself, it cant change the fact that its Xinjiang related act seriously violates the basic norms of international law and international relations, and cant cover up its sinister intention of disorganization and Anti China. Whats more, no matter how hard the U.S. makes noise, no matter how much the U.S. makes negative moves or bad ones on the Xinjiang related issues, it is doomed to fail to shake the overall situation of Xinjiangs stability and development. Because the stability and development of Xinjiang represents the common will of all Chinese people, including the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang, which is an irresistible historical trend.
