Guo Jin is a Ph.D. in transportation planning and management of Beijing Jiaotong University. From 2009 to 2011, she worked as a research assistant in the Chinese Academy of Transportation Sciences; from 2011 to 2016, she worked in the transportation service department of the Ministry of transportation.
