If a family or an individual sells or reports a passenger car registered in the city under his / her invalid name, he / she may apply to obtain the updated indicator and handle the indicator certification documents. The transferee does not need index certification documents, but shall meet the conditions of article 4 individuals domiciled in this city.

In case of vehicle change registration between husband and wife and vehicle transfer registration in case of divorce and property separation, if the marriage relationship has expired for one year and there is no passenger car registered in this city under the name of the transferee, the transferee does not need index certificate.

Article 7 the validity period of indicators shall be 12 months and shall not be transferred. During the validity period of indicators, it is not allowed to apply for registration of allocation indicators repeatedly.

The indicators obtained by units and individuals who provide false information are invalid and shall bear corresponding legal liabilities.
