In response, kirchpin suggested that the name of the festival should be Chinese businessmens Day or Chinese entrepreneurs day. It is recommended to set the festival date as November 1 every year. The businessmens Day in Chinese history, the existing businessmens Day in Taiwan, the China (Xiamen) businessmens Day jointly held by the chambers of Commerce on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, the Shenzhen entrepreneurs day and Wenzhou entrepreneurs Day are all held on November 1. In 2018, the private enterprise Symposium presided over by General Secretary Xi and having a significant and far-reaching impact on the private economy was also held on November 1. Kirchpin said that history and current situation determine that November 1 is a special day for entrepreneurs.

In addition, kirchpin also suggested that during the annual entrepreneur Festival, various economic and cultural exchange activities such as forum, exhibition, Huishi, and honest business selection should be carried out to make it a bridge and link for the economic and cultural integration of Chinese entrepreneurs at home and abroad; the selection of outstanding entrepreneurs and enterprises should be carried out, and the Chen Jiageng Entrepreneur Award Foundation should be established to reward outstanding entrepreneurs every year Contributing entrepreneurs and businesses.
