The original content policy that Apple TV + adheres to seems to be changing, Bloomberg reported. Apple is buying old movie and television content copyright from Hollywood.
Due to the new coronavirus epidemic, the production of Apple TV + original content may face significant delays. Apples original works have been well received by users, but TV users hope that AppleTV + service can provide more content of the program library, otherwise users turnover will not be well guaranteed. It may take two or three years to build a very rich original content program library, and it is obvious that the purchase of some classic old programs and movie content can temporarily cope with this content shortage.
Apple is also looking for ways to turn non paying users out of more than 10 million into paying users, with the first one-year free trial users due to expire in November.
According to reports, apple held talks with MGM earlier this year about obtaining content copyright. There are also rumors that Apple has always wanted to include Apple TV + services in sports. (Tianmen Mountain)
