Liang Wenli is the head of the comprehensive management department of this display screen production line. In order to make up for the shortage of manpower, in February, Liang Wenlis company completed the resumption approval according to the requirements of the local government, and actively tried to find a way to take back more than 400 employees from all over the country in the form of Chartered cars.
Liang Wenli, director of general management department of Wuhan 10.5 generation LCD production line of BOE Technology Group: the first batch is that we are employees living in Wuhan. The second group is the employees outside Hubei Province, through the form of high-speed rail, train, plane, etc., which lasted for ten days, divided into multiple batches, with a maximum of two to three buses a day for the round-trip from Hefei to Wuhan. After two batches of personnel return to work, now, our overall return rate is more than 70%.
At present, there are more than 1300 employees in this enterprise, with an on-the-job rate of 70%, basically ensuring the normal production progress.
