According to the document, major general akshenov shall be relieved of his post as director of the General Administration of Amur state of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Russian Federation, major general afanasiyev shall be relieved of his post as director of the General Administration of the coastal border area of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Russian Federation, major general polovnikovs post as Minister of internal affairs of the Republic of okomi, and lieutenant general yahyayev shall be relieved of his post as director of the General Administration of the Chechen Republic of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Russian Federation
