Go home! 147 Chinese stranded in Singapore due to the epidemic

On April 4, through various efforts, China Eastern Airlines urgently applied for the opening of flight mu800 from Changi Airport in Singapore to Tianhe Airport in Wuhan from 12:30-17:00 on May 5, as a charter flight for Chinese passengers stranded in Singapore.

At noon today, mu800 with 147 passengers (117 adults, 29 children and 1 baby) took off smoothly.

In addition, charter flights also carry some of the masks, goggles and other materials donated by all sectors of Singapore.

Hua Chunying, a spokesman for the foreign ministry, said that in view of the practical difficulties that Chinese citizens in Hubei, especially in Wuhan, have encountered overseas, the Chinese government has decided to send civil aviation chartered planes to take them directly back to Wuhan as soon as possible.
