When coordinating the supply and demand connection of mask information, the national development and Reform Commission took this into consideration as a whole, and actively provided assistance in transportation and other aspects to ensure that key materials can play a role in a timely manner.
For the key materials such as N95 masks and protective clothing received by charities, relevant parties help to coordinate and solve the difficulties and problems in domestic air, railway and road transportation encountered in the process of material donation. After the key materials are transferred to Hubei, they will be timely docked and distributed according to the wishes of the donors. For the donated materials from foreign governments, international organizations and overseas institutions, they will be transported directly to Wuhan Tianhe Airport by special plane, and the small batch materials donated by belly warehouse will be transported to Beijing and other cities, and then transferred to Wuhan within 48 hours according to the principle of come and go.

As of noon on February 5, 21 governments and UNICEF from South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Germany, Britain, France, Italy, Hungary, Belarus, Turkey, Iran, the United Arab Emirates, Algeria, Egypt, Australia, New Zealand, Trinidad and Tobago had contributed to China Epidemic prevention and control materials. Some other governments also expressed their willingness to donate materials to China.
