In order to reduce the impact of pneumonia on small and micro enterprises within the jurisdiction of Hubei Province and enhance the vitality of small and micro enterprises, many banks, such as Agricultural Bank of China and China Construction Bank, have said that the operational loans to inclusive small and micro enterprises, individual industrial and commercial households and private business owners in Hubei Province will be reduced by 0.5 percentage points on the basis of the existing interest rate, so as to reduce the financing cost of small and micro enterprises.
