Netease technology news on December 5, according to foreign media reports, Dara khosrowshahi, Ubers chief executive, said Wednesday local time that the company may expand its business beyond meal delivery services, such as providing express services for other retail enterprises.
At a meeting, kosrosasi talked about his experience at Ubers helm since taking over as CEO in 2017.
Asked about Ubers future business, kosrosassi said: we can extend the delivery model to every local retailer, so that you can get anything you want in New York City within 30 minutes.
It is not clear whether such a business can be extended to other metropolitan areas. Uber acquired a majority stake in cornershop, Chiles online grocery supplier, in October. The company is exploring expanding the reach of its fast-growing food distribution application to include groceries and other goods. (Chen Chen)
