Surging news previously reported that on the afternoon of October 29, a netizen published on the Tianya forum luxury villas built in the name of poor families near Wushan airport (hereinafter referred to as tiewen). According to tiewen, Fu Zubin, director of Wushan Countys market supervision and Administration Bureau, borrowed the name of Zhang Mou, a poor household in community 3 of Shaolu village, Quchi Township, and built a building for living this year after purchasing farmland and forest land from the villagers in community 6 of Shaolu village.
According to the notice issued by the Information Office of Wushan County Government, after preliminary verification, the clues reflected in the post are basically true. The house is illegal and has been demolished according to law.

According to the public information, Fu Zubin once served as the party secretary of Quchi Township, Wushan County, the party secretary of Guandu town, and the representative of the fifth Party Congress of Chongqing.
