The report pointed out that the meeting was held in the context of a mountain of issues such as the Korea Japan military intelligence protection agreement and the ROK US Defense fee sharing consultation, which attracted more attention.
Senior U.S. officials have repeatedly urged South Korea to extend the Korea Japan military information agreement, so some analysts believe that esper and Millie may make the same comments. Wen will explain why the South Korean government has to make a decision to terminate the agreement.
In addition, it is predicted that the two sides will also discuss such issues as South Korea US joint military exercises and South Korea US defense cost sharing.
At that time, on the Korean side, the chief of the Ministry of national defense, the chairman of the joint staff, the head of the national security office of qingwatai, the first president of the national human security office and the spokesman of qingwatai will attend the meeting. On the U.S. side, the U.S. ambassador to South Korea, the joint commander of South Korea and the United States, and the assistant secretary of state for security in the Indian Pacific Ocean of the Ministry of defense will also attend.
