The report also shows that among the top 10 positions in the number of blockchain recruiters, the average recruitment salary of software engineers in popular positions is 16008 yuan / month; the average recruitment salary of sales representatives is 10094 yuan / month; the average recruitment salary of senior software engineers is 23606 yuan / month. According to the report, the education background of blockchain talents in stock is generally high, most of them are bachelors degree or above, which is higher than the education background requirements of blockchain talents. Among the talents in stock, undergraduate education accounts for the majority, accounting for 56.18%, masters degree and above 18.57%, followed by junior college education 22.22%.
