According to the video at the time of the incident, a yellow roller coaster in the amusement park stopped suddenly in the process of going down. The tourists on the roller coaster shouted loudly. There are four rows of roller coasters, four tourists in each row, with a total of 16 people on board.

A witness who was playing in the park told the Beijing news that the roller coaster stopped in mid air for two or three minutes and then returned to normal. After it happened, the roller coaster project stopped for a while, but it soon reopened. The witness said that he did not play the roller coaster project on that day because he felt it was very dangerous to see the accident.

On November 3, the staff of Fangte dongfangshenhua amusement park told the Beijing news that the roller coaster had failed due to the lack of voltage and unstable power. In case of being trapped, the employee manually starts the emergency power supply and the roller coaster resumes operation. The employee said that no tourists were injured due to less than 10 minutes of being stuck, and the project is now available for normal play.
