On November 1, according to the official website of the Shandong provincial government, the Shandong provincial government decided to appoint Feng Jikang as the deputy director of the Education Department of Shandong Province (at the head office level).

According to the public resume, Feng Jikang was born in May 1966, entered Qufu Normal University in 1983, and later entered Nanjing Normal University for a masters degree. In 1990, after graduating from the masters degree, Feng Jikang went to work in Qufu Normal University, where he successively served as the director of the Department of politics, the director of the Department of economics, and the dean of the school of economics and law.

According to reports, Feng Jikang has published more than 200 papers, including more than 60 national core journals, including many monographs such as the study of Marxist economic theory and methodology. He has won the second prize of outstanding achievements in Social Sciences of Shandong Province.

In 2004, Feng Jikang was elected as the deputy director of the Department of agriculture of Shandong Province. In 2010, he resigned as the deputy director of the Department and served as the director of the animal husbandry and Veterinary Bureau of Shandong Province.

In 2016, Feng Jikang was transferred to the post of Deputy Secretary General of Shandong provincial government. In the same year, he helped Tibet and served as the leader of the eighth batch of Tibetan aid cadres in Shandong Province, deputy secretary of the CPC Xigaze Municipal Committee and executive deputy mayor of Tibet Autonomous Region.

In January 2018, the Organization Department of Shandong provincial Party committee issued the pre appointment announcement of cadres, in which Feng Jikang plans to be promoted to the office level cadres.

In addition, in August this year, Dai Longcheng, member of the Standing Committee of Weihai Municipal Committee and head of the Organization Department, was transferred to the post of deputy director general of Shandong Provincial Department of education.

Feng Jikang, male, Han nationality, born in May 1966 in Linqu, Shandong Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China, with a postgraduate degree, a doctor of management, a professor and a masters supervisor.

1983-1987: Bachelor of education, School of economics, Qufu Normal University;

1987-1990, master of economics, Business School of Nanjing Normal University;

From 1990 to 2004, he worked in the school of economics of Qufu Normal University, successively served as the director of the Department of politics, the director of the Department of economics, and the dean of the school of economics and law. 2016-2016: Deputy Secretary General of Shandong Provincial Peoples government, member of the Party group of the Provincial Department of agriculture;

2016-2019: Deputy Secretary General of Shandong provincial government, member of the Party group of the Provincial Department of agriculture, leader of the eighth batch of Tibetan aid cadres of Shandong Province, deputy secretary of the municipal Party committee and executive deputy mayor of Xigaze.

At present, he is the deputy director general of Shandong Provincial Department of Education (at the level of head office).
