General Luo Laishengs farewell ceremony was held on October 12 at 10 a.m. in Baiyun Hall of Guangzhou Funeral Hall.

According to public data, Luo Laisheng was born in 1949 in Meixian District, Meizhou City, Guangdong Province. He joined the Peoples Liberation Army in February 1968.
