Teslas filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission showed that in the first three quarters of this year, they delivered 63,000, 95,200 and 97,000 electric vehicles to consumers, respectively, with a total of 255,200 vehicles delivered in the three quarters.
Tesla delivered more electric vehicles in the first three quarters of this year than in the same period last year, but also in the whole of 2018.
In the first three quarters of last year, Tesla delivered 29,980, 40,740 and 83,500 electric vehicles respectively, totaling 15,4220, down 100,000 from 252,200 in the first three quarters of this year.
With 9.07 million vehicles in the fourth quarter, Tesla delivered 244,920 vehicles to users in the whole of 2018, which was 10,280 vehicles lower than the first three quarters of this year.
It is worth noting that the delivery of Tesla Electric Vehicles reached 907,000 in the fourth quarter of last year, but in the first quarter of this year, production declined and delivery dropped to 63,000. If not for the first quarter, the delivery of Tesla Electric Vehicles would be higher in the first three quarters and the whole year.
