On the afternoon of October 12, Beijing time, the world record holder of Marathon and Kenyas famous long-distance runner Erud Kipjog successfully completed the race in 1 hour, 59 minutes and 40 seconds in the challenge of Ineos 1:59 in Vienna, Austria, making him the first runner in the world to reach the two-hour mark. However, IAAF believes that the organizer has created favorable conditions for Kipjog, so his achievements will not be recognized by IAAF.
