After the accident, Liufu Village said that the abnormal condition was repaired by engineers and troubleshooted within 15 minutes. Two previously trapped tourists were still interested in landing safely and decided to play again.
Liufu Village pointed out that although some tourists were frightened at the moment, tourists could also understand after the exposition, and affirmed that safety was the primary consideration of the park.
