Industry and commerce data show that Wuxi Successful Transport Company was established in 2014, with registered capital of 5 million yuan.

According to the Judgment Documents Network, around 2017, the company was punished by the highway management department for violating the Highway Safety Protection Ordinance, with a total fine of 66,200 yuan three times. Since then, the company refused to perform and was applied to the court by the local Highway Administration for enforcement.
