Oct. 11 (Overseas Network) - A man in Arizona, who suspected that his neighbor was too noisy upstairs, fired several shots at the ceiling to calm down his neighbor. He accidentally hit himself in the face and was rescued by a doctor.
According to the Arizona Republican newspaper and KTAR website, the man lived in Phoenix. On the night of October 6, he felt that his neighbors upstairs were too noisy. He was upstairs to try to find out the theory of his neighbors. Police said that the man knocked on his neighbors door at about 11:20 p.m. and shouted in the corridor.
Then he went back to his apartment, took out his weapons, fired several shots at the ceiling, and somehow, the bullet hit him in the face accidentally. The man was then taken to a hospital for rescue.
