Boeing executives announced the news on 23, Reuters reported. It is learnt that the fund will immediately begin to accept compensation claims from the families of the victims, who do not have to give up their litigation rights.

Dennis Muilenburg, Boeings chief executive, said in a statement that the company continued to extend its deepest sympathy to the families and relatives of the victims of the two crashes.
