Since the womens 71kg and mens 89kg are non-Olympic competition levels, the Chinese team did not send athletes to participate in the days two levels of competition, but used the full qualifications of 20 people to attack 13 Olympic competition levels.
In the womens 71kg class, Nais advantage is obvious. In the snatch event, she first won the gold medal with 112 kilograms. Kim Hsiao-hsin from North Korea and Rogers from the United States ranked two or three with 110 kilograms and 106 kilograms respectively. In the subsequent clean and jerk events, Nai won the first place with 136 kilograms. The silver and bronze medals belonged to 134 kilograms of American athlete Rogers and 126 kilograms of Georgian athlete Godley respectively.
In terms of overall results, Nai won his third gold medal with 248 kg, Rogers won the silver medal with 240 kg and Jin Xiaoxin won the bronze medal with 230 kg.
Compared with womens 71 kg class, mens 89 kg class is in a competitive situation. In the snatch event, Georgian Davitadze won the championship with 172 kilograms, followed by 169 kilograms of Bersano and Venezuelan Valenia Sanchez. The clean and jerk event is another scene. Japans Junshu Yamamoto won the championship with 208 kilograms. The silver and bronze medals belong to 208 kilograms of Armenian Mukherqiang and 207 kilograms of Iranian Mili, respectively.
In the overall results list, Armenian player Mukherqiang laughed to the end with 375 kg, while Iranian player Miri and Georgian Davitadze won silver and bronze medals with 374 kg and 371 kg respectively.
Chinas Tian Tao will compete in the mens 96 kg class and Zhang Wangli in the womens 76 kg class.
