Taiwans former leader Ma Ying-jeou and others were charged with violating the Securities Exchange Law for their involvement in the Three China Trading Case, according to Taiwans Central News Agency. The Taipei District Court held a preparatory procedure court for Ma Ying-jeous involvement on September 16 and summoned Ma Ying-jeou to appear in court. Ma Ying-jeou said in an interview after attending the hearing that there is only one truth and fact. He is confident of his innocence and expects the justice of the court.

Prior to this, the Kuomintang was accused of selling cheap Taiwans Zhongying, Zhongguang and Zhongguang, Zhongguang, or Zhongguang transactions.
