On August 27, the Ministry of Public Security issued a Class A arrest warrant, publicly arresting the second batch of 50 major fugitives. Among them, Guo Bing, a Nantong resident, ranked No. 13 on the list of fugitives on suspicion of participating in gangster-like organizations to commit fraud and extortion.
In May this year, when the Hongqiao Police Station of Chongchuan Public Security Bureau of Nantong was investigating a routine loan gang case, it was found that Guo Bing, the leader of the gang, was engaged in illegal activities of routine loan through two car loan companies operating in the urban area. Civilian police immediately arrested Guo Bing, but Guo Bing had been hiding away from attack.
On the evening of September 7, the police got an important clue: Guo Bing will meet his girlfriend and eat hot pot together.
Just as the police quietly searched the corridor to determine the location of Guo Bing, a room was filled with hot pot fragrance. The police were delighted that the person they were looking for was hidden in the room.
In the early morning of the 8th, when the time was ripe for arrest, the police broke in and captured Guo Bing, and searched out the clothes and helmet of the takeout personnel.
It turned out that Guo Bing, in order to escape the attack, went out on weekdays in disguise as a takeaway brother.
At present, Guo Bing has been detained according to law, and the case is being further processed.
