Temporary flight certificate is a service for civil aviation passengers who do not carry identity cards. According to statistics, in 2018, more than 2.7 million airports nationwide handled temporary flight identification certificates. To facilitate passengers, the Civil Aviation Administration has developed a nationally applicable civil aviation temporary flight certification system. Civil Aviation Administration officials said that 203 airports have completed the installation and commissioning of equipment, and plans to be officially launched on September 15, and other airports will be completed in the first half of next year.
