A total of 19 ordinary speed trains stop or change routes to Guangzhou East and Shantou Stations. Radar maps show strong rain in Guangdong.
It is expected that after typhoon Bailu landed, it will cross from East Guangdong to North Guangdong, and the heavy rainfall area will sweep over most of Guangdong, which will be a test for Guangdong, especially in the mountainous areas. Looking back on 2010 Typhoon Fanbia, which crossed the inland of Guangdong from the central part, brought heavy rain to most of Guangdong. Maoming and Yangjiang suffered heavy rain (829.7 mm rainfall in Magui process of Gaozhou). This resulted in serious flood disaster. The main cause of casualties and disappearances was floods caused by heavy rains. Disasters, debris flow geological disasters and other secondary disasters. The path of typhoon Bailu is similar to that of Fanbia. The cities and counties of northern Guangdong, Eastern Guangdong and the Pearl River Delta need to strengthen their precautions.
The Central Meteorological Observatory predicts that there will be heavy rainstorms in the southwestern part of the Yangtze River, southeastern Fujian, Eastern Guangxi and Guangdong, local heavy rainstorms and extraordinary heavy rainstorms in the northern part of Guangdong. In the cities, there will be heavy rains in Meizhou and Shaoguan, Guangdong. Tomorrow, precipitation will be mainly brought by residual circulation of typhoon combined with cold air. Rainfall area will move westward and northward. It is expected that there will be heavy rains in central Hubei, western Hunan and Northern Guangxi, as well as local rainstorms.
Next Monday, the typhoons impact will basically end, but the combination of cold air and warm and wet air will still bring heavy rainfall to some parts of China. It is expected that there will be heavy rainstorms in northern Anhui, Eastern Hubei, Northwestern Hunan and southwestern Guizhou.
Meteorological experts warned that during the rainstorm, the public should avoid going out as far as possible and avoid serious areas of water accumulation. If it is really unavoidable to walk in water accumulation, the road should be carefully observed, away from eddies and springs, to prevent falling into wells and pits (holes); away from electrical equipment, to avoid electricity leakage and shock. Keep away from dangerous old walls and buildings as far as possible. Keep away from billboards and poles to prevent damage. At the same time, attention should be paid to the prevention of secondary disasters such as mountain torrents and debris flows.
Typhoon and Rain Temporarily Repelled the Summer Heat in Guangdong, Fujian and Southern High Temperature
How to relieve the summer heat, the non-cold air and rain countless. Affected by typhoon rains, the high temperature in South China will ease in the next few days. Later next week, however, the heat will return.
In the middle of next week, the heat in the South will be more than half of the summer, and the summer heat will begin to subside. The tiger in autumn will be temporarily repelled by cold air. In contrast, the summer heat in South China is escalating. After 27 days, with the rain weakening and the return of summer heat, there will be continuous high temperature periods in Fuzhou, Guangzhou and other places.
