 Russian Navy successfully test-fired Brava and Deep Blue ballistic missiles


According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the Russian Navys Yuri Dolgoruki and Tula nuclear submarines launched Brava and Deep Blue ballistic missiles from the White Sea and Arctic Ocean waters in northwestern Russia, respectively. The missiles successfully hit targets in Kamchatka and Alhangarsk.

It is reported that the Russian Navy has verified the technical specifications of ballistic missiles and the operational capability of the missile system of nuclear submarines through the test launch.

Brava intercontinental ballistic missile has a range of 8,000 kilometers and can carry 6 to 10 hypersonic nuclear warheads. Deep Blue is a liquid fuel intercontinental ballistic missile developed by the Markev National Missile Center, which has rich experience in submarine-launched missile research and development.
