On August 7, a man who advertised in a group told reporters that his dregs yard is located in Guangyang District, Langfang City, Hebei Province. Another advertisement claims that northern Yaoshangcun in Fangshan District collects all kinds of dregs. Contacts told reporters, 300 cars, only 10 rounds.
The dregs collected in the black dregs field are priced by cars, but in the regular construction waste disposal yards, they are priced by tons.
Reporters contacted several regular construction waste disposal sites in Beijing. The charge standard for dregs ranges from 20 yuan to 45 yuan per ton. According to the specifications of the regular dregs transport vehicle, the weight of each vehicle is 30 tons, which means that the dregs of each vehicle should pay 600 yuan to 1350 yuan to the regular clearing house.
Shangfeng, who has dealt with the transportation of dregs all the year round, said that in the black dregs yard, the charge for a car of dregs is generally between 300 yuan and 600 yuan, while the regular absorption yard is far above that price. Shangfeng explained to reporters that the construction site needs to start, in accordance with the principle of who produces and who absorbs, the construction party should deal with the dregs and soil absorbance certificate, but because the processing of the absorbance certificate often generates some costs, many construction parties have pushed this task to the transport company on the construction site.

All kinds of expenses incurred during the whole transportation process are borne by the transport party itself, one cubic metre of dregs, with prices ranging from several tens of yuan to one cubic metre, and are calculated at 50 yuan and one cubic metre. Each square earth weighs about 1.5 tons, and the regular clearing house charges 30 yuan per ton. With standard ten wheels to transport goods, a vehicle of 20 cubic meters is about 30 tons. The transportation company takes 1,000 yuan from the construction party, and then gives 900 to the clearing house. Shang Feng said that many people will not strictly deal with the actual production of the site when they apply for residue clearance certificate, but only spend the least money to handle the clearance certificate. This action will also lead to the above phenomena in the public information of the project that the amount of earthwork for clearance certificate is not in conformity with the actual amount of earthwork. And more construction waste goes to low-cost black slag dump.
Wang Tao told reporters that in the field of engineering construction and dregs transportation, according to experience, there are some algorithms.
