Among them, Ningguo City has the most serious disaster, with nearly 100,000 people affected. At present, the emergency management departments of provinces, cities and counties have launched rescue work in an all-round way to ensure the safety of peoples lives and property in disaster areas to the greatest extent.

1. Provincial Party committees and provincial governments attach great importance to it and actively respond to it

In the face of severe disaster, Li Jinbin, Secretary of the provincial Party committee, and Li Guoying, governor of the province attach great importance to it and have given instructions many times to deploy the work of typhoon prevention and relief.

At 11:00 on August 11, in view of the disaster situation in Ningguo and other areas, the Provincial Disaster Reduction and Relief Commission and the Provincial Emergency Management Department launched the emergency response of level IV in Anhui Province; on the same day, two working groups were sent to Ningguo and Guangde to check the disaster situation;

From August 11 to 12, the Provincial Emergency Response Department allocated 800 folding beds, 5000 air conditioning quilts, 2000 towel quilts and 1000 cotton quilts to the disaster area in three batches. The Provincial Emergency Response Department is discussing with the Provincial Finance Department to allocate provincial disaster relief funds.

The key parts of the city, such as reservoirs, ponds, flood-prone areas, geological hazards, roads, scenic spots and construction projects under construction, were investigated by pulling a net, and personnel in key areas were organized to transfer and take refuge. At 16:00 on August 10, the emergency response of Typhoon III for flood control and prevention will be launched; at 20:00, an order will be issued for the safe transfer of all personnel in dangerous areas within the urban area; and at 23:30, the emergency response of Typhoon II for flood control and prevention will be launched. Fully and thoroughly arrange and verify casualties, property losses (collapse of houses, damage of roads and bridges, disaster area of crops, damage of power supply and water supply communication facilities, etc.) in order to ensure a comprehensive and accurate grasp of the disaster situation and lay the foundation for restoration, reconstruction and project design.

At the same time, on August 11, according to the notification requirements of the Ministry of Emergency Management and the State Food and Materials Reserve Bureau, the Anhui Provincial Emergency Response Department urgently dispatched folding beds and other materials from the Hefei Reserve Depot of Central Disaster Relief Materials to Hangzhou, Wenzhou and Taizhou in Zhejiang Province, where the disaster was more serious.
