BEIJING, Aug. 11 (Xinhua) - Jiangsu Provincial Meteorological Department announced on Aug. 11 that Typhoon Lichma No. 9 of this year entered the sea from the coast of Guanyun Salt Farm, Guanyun County, Lianyungang at 12:00 on November. The three-dimensional traffic in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River has been gradually restored.

Jiangsu Meteorological Observatory announced that the lowest central pressure of typhoon No. 9, Lichma, was 980 hPa when it entered the sea, and the maximum wind force in the center was 9 (23 m/s, tropical storm level). Lichma will move northward at a speed of about 25 kilometers per hour, with a slight increase in strength.

On October 10th, a total of 6997 shelters along the Yangtze River and 124 ferry crossings along 21 ferry crossings were suspended due to the wind temporary traffic control in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province. It is rare in recent years that typhoons have such a large-scale impact on water transport in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River. On the railway side, more than 100 high-speed and general-speed lines in the Yangtze River Delta were temporarily suspended, and a large number of passengers were waiting for the resumption of traffic at the railway station.

From 0:00 on November 11, the Shanghai-Kunming, Ningxia-Hangzhou, Hangzhou-Ningbo, Hangzhou-Huanghai, Hangzhou-Shenzhen, Jinwen, Shanghai-Kunming, Xiaoyong-Puxue and Jinshan Railways have ended the impact of typhoon and the trains concerned have resumed operation. The Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, the Shanghai-Nanjing high-speed railway and the Beijing-Shanghai Pu-Speed Railway ended the typhoons impact at 6:30 on November 11, and the trains concerned resumed operation one after another.

On air routes, the reporter learned from Nanjing Lukou International Airport that 333 incoming flights and 341 outgoing flights were expected at Nanjing Lukou International Airport on November 11. At present, the flight is running normally.
