After Typhoon Lichma No. 9 landed, torrential rain affected Ningguo City, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, triggering mountain torrents, local rescue efforts. On the morning of November 11, a reporter from Beijing News learned from Hule police station of Ningguo Public Security Bureau that a local policeman was flooded in his home. The Beijing News reported earlier that under the influence of Typhoon No. 9, Lichma, heavy rains were observed in most parts of Xuancheng City, with rainfall exceeding 200 mm at 22 stations. Among them, mountain torrents occurred in Ningguo City, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province.

On the afternoon of November 11, a reporter from the Beijing News learned from the Hule police station of Ningguo Public Security Bureau that after the flood in Ningguo, local rescue was carried out. On the evening of August 10, typhoon Liqima brought heavy rain disaster to Hule Town of Ningguo City. Yang Wenjun, a police officer at Hule Police Station of Ningguo Public Security Bureau, was searching for and rescuing the masses. He received a message from his wife: The family was flooded, the first floor was flooded, and the loss was serious. Yang Wenjun replies: Everyone is fine, I cant come back.

A video of Yang Wenjuns flooded home showed that the living room inside the house had been inundated by muddy floods, and the height of the outdoor floods was about half a meter.

A staff member of Hule police station said that after the flash floods, all the police were involved in rescue and rescue. At present, Yang Wenjun, a civilian police officer, is still on the front line to participate in rescue work.
