According to the application, the original Luanxian Public Security Bureau detained the claimant on April 9, 2015 on suspicion of extortion, while illegally copying and seizing property. The former Luanxian Procuratorate prosecuted the claimant for extortion and bigamy on November 24, 2015. After hearing the case, the latter sentenced the claimant to 11 years and 9 monthsimprisonment on May 16, 2016. The claimant refused to appeal to the Tangshan Intermediate Court, which made a ruling on 31 May 2017, revoked the original judgment and sent the case back to the original Luan County Court for retrial, and designated Qianan City Court for trial on 17 July 2017. On July 8, 2017, Qianan City Court issued criminal judgment No. 396 on the beginning of Ji0283 sentence. The claimant was acquitted and the claimant was released without guilt.
